Courtney Graham

Courtney is a customer service representative focused on Commercial lines at Bailey Insurance Agency, and she brings sharp focus and creative energy to everything she works on. As the first point of contact for many of our business clients, she helps with policy questions, billing, coverage changes, certificates of insurance, endorsements, renewals, and getting claims started–making sure nothing slips through the cracks. She’s the kind of person who notices the small things that make a big difference.

Outside the office, she’s usually walking her dogs, hunting down a good scary movie, or planning her next trip to the theater. She approaches her work the way she approaches a great horror flick–with attention to detail, a sense of pacing, and an appreciation for a good story.
